A Day In A TP Office In China

We had the pleasure to visit the office of one of the biggest TP in China. A TP is a certified Tmall partner that helps brands in managing their whole e-commerce operations in China.

We were blown away by the complexity of the whole e-commerce ecosystem and the amount of manpower, data analysis, and AI that goes into managing it. TPs offer a range of services, including logistics, warehousing, product photo shooting, live-streaming, and customer support.

What struck us the most was how the TP teams monitor the sales for each brand in real-time and adjust their actions accordingly.
