Lauren has over 15 years of experience within the luxury and fashion industries working for brands such as Valentino, Delpozo, Charles & Keith, Celine, where she managed International Areas. Her core expertise is defining Business Development strategies and managing teams to implement them and build solid foundations for brands to grow on. Balancing a strong product sensibility with a rational business and financial mind, she knows the importance of drilling down into details while keeping a clear focus on the bigger picture.
She has collaborated with many of the world’s key Retailers (Selfridges, Harrods, Net-a-Porter, Matchesfashion, MyTheresa, Lane Crawford, Al Ostoura, Harvey Nichols, Moda Operandi, Galeries Lafayette, Le Bon Marché, The Webster, Joyce, Colette, etc…), managing wholesale distribution networks off- and online, including Shop-in-Shops in Department Stores, and Retail monobrand stores (directly operated, or under franchise or JV agreements). Her primary focus is on Womenswear and Women’s Footwear & Accessories.
She founded her company in 2016 in Italy and has been collaborating with companies around the world. Citizen of the world, she has lived in France, UK, USA, Italy, Singapore and travelled around the globe across 59 countries. She has developed a specifically strong knowledge of Middle-East and Asia.
